Mr Dube is also the technical advisor. Mr Dube holds a Master’s Degree in Airport Planning and Management. He is the former Director General of the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA) and served for more than ten years in this position. He also served for a period of 3 years as the Vice President at the AFCAC Bureau representing the Southern Africa Region. In his role as the Director General, due to the human capacity gaps identified by the ICAO audit of 1999, he was instrumental in developing and implementing a massive aviation training programme within ESWACAA to capacitate staff particularly those involved in air transport regulation and airport operation in line with the country’s corrective action plan. Consequently, he was very instrumental in facilitating the country out of the EU ban and in the licensing and commissioning of the new airport, King Mswati III International Airport. He was directly involved in directing investments within the airport precinct and was responsible for advising government and parliament on aviation matters particularly on matters of policy/regulation development and strategic position/direction of the industry at large.
The Accountable Manager is Mr Sifiso Mnisi. Mr Mnisi reports directly to Mr Solomon Dube, the Chairman. He holds a Master’s Degree in Transport Economics from Leeds University, UK. He has been with aviation for more than 10 years. He has been the Director of Air Transport at the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority from 2010 until November 2021.
Mr Sukati has 38 years of experience in the aviation industry having trained as a qualified Flight Operations Officer/Dispatcher. Work experiences include working for Royal Swazi National Airways Corporation, South African Airlink and Ryanair to name a few airlines. He later joined ESWACAA and become instrumental in its establishment. He established the Personnel Licensing Department and as Chief Inspector, he achieved a milestone in 2015 by lifting the ICAO compliance from 34% to 73%. Such a milestone contributed to Eswatini’s removal from the EU ban.
Mr Dube holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition and Technology and is a Master of Business Administration candidate. He has experience in management and quality management as an Administrative Manager in a Food Service Establishment. He Hs a full understanding and background knowledge in quality management systems. He has just completed a course on Safety Management System and he awaits to receive his certificate by the end of September 2023.
Ms. Dube holds an Associate Degree in Creative Multimedia. She has 5 years’ experience in the field which she has acquired mostly in her freelance ventures. She will maintain the organization’s media and contacts. She is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the organization's public image and promote its services. She manages designs & maintain website, provide marketing material through photography, videography and designs.
Bonginkosi's background is in international sales and marketing. Mr. Dube manages and coordinates marketing and creative staff.
Ms. Mnisi is responsible for conducting market research, creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing consumer behaviour.
